How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a $12 flat rate on all orders within the continental U.S. Orders over $350 ship free. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on UPS/DHL rates. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched, followed by 2–4 business days in transit. International deliveries typically arrive within 3–6 business days of dispatch. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following business day.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email and can be applied to any available item. Original shipping fees are not credited, and all sale items are final.
I purchased Raw Quarter from another retailer. How do I handle returns?
We can only assist with orders placed directly through rawquarter.com. For purchases made elsewhere, please contact the original retailer.
When are new pieces released?
Our releases don't follow a fixed calendar. Join the Raw Quarter newsletter to be the first to know when something new drops.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Select pieces return from time to time. If something you want is unavailable, check back, or sign up for updates so you don't miss it.
My card was declined
Declined transactions are never charged, though they may briefly appear as pending on your account. These clear automatically and funds are typically released within a few business days.
